Albert Ledet is the Student and Young Adults Pastor of PromiseLand. He and his family have been vacationing in the area for about 7 years and are thrilled that God finally placed them here permanently in July 2016.
Albert was raised in church but sadly, like so many, took another route of life once he left his parents home. When he was 25 years old in 2008, God once again grabbed a hold of his heart and introduced him to his beautiful wife Debra in the process who he married 1 year later in 2009. Soon after he began working for Living Word Church in Houma, LA first as the maintenance supervisor and later in the production and student ministry.
His time away from God and His church are what fuels his passion for the next generation. His mission is to see the students and young adults of PromiseLand continue their walks in the faith of Jesus Christ, and serving in the church long after they have left their parents homes.
